With an increasing southwesterly wind off a lake that is still in the upper 40s I was hesitant to go with a significant accumulation along the immediate lakeshore...but I'll admit, if there is one spot I'm going to bust this is where it will be. I think the 3-6" amounts will be confined to a relatively small area that WILL include KBUF...but other communities in this 3-6" band include Cheektowaga, Lancaster, Alden, Marilla, Elma, West Seneca, Orchard Park, Aurora, and perhaps Darien in Genesee County. Amounts will trail off farther north/south...but I've included a secondary "jackpot" along the Chautauqua Ridge from Mina up to Springville due to the combination of lake effect and upslope.
